The R110Xi is a premier Zebra printer/encoder that combines two key functions for companies that need to comply with today’s RFID mandates – printing standard bar code labels and encoding data into a passive RFID transponder embedded in the label. The R110Xi combines the strengths of the Xi platform with the versatility of the ThingMagic RFID reader module. This reader module offers the flexibility needed to guarantee a simple, cost-free upgrade path to Gen2 protocols. It conforms to multiple protocols (EPC Class 1, EPC Class 0, Matrics 0+, ISO18000-06, and Philips UCODE 1.19), is firmware upgradeable to EPC Global’s Gen2 protocol, and gives users the assurance that they can seamlessly upgrade to future RFID protocols. The R110Xi features other innovations such as automatic inlay position calibration, multiple power levels, and label statistics tracking.
